Departure on Sunday, 30 August at 12 noon

Participation fee for accommodation, meals and programme:
We organise the “Bildungsfreizeit“ entirely on a voluntary basis and endeavour to obtain funding. Unfortunately, this does not cover the total costs. The actual per capita price is estimated at approximately 315€.

To enable everyone to participate, the following payment options are available:
– Solidarity-supported ticket for members: from 30€
– Solidarity-supported ticket for non-members: from 50€
– Regular: 300€

If you would like to become a member, please send us your membership application 🙂

Travel expense reimbursement:
Unfortunately, we only have a limited budget available for travel expense reimbursement for association members. If you have any questions, please contact bildungfreizeit@coexister.de. Please also note our travel expense policy (Fahrtkostenrichtlinie).

Information on bringing children:
If you are interested in bringing children, we will be happy to discuss this with you individually. Please send an email to bildungsfreizeit@coexister.de.

Rooms and sanitary facilities:
We will be sleeping in shared rooms and will try to accommodate your needs/wishes as best we can. There are two separate sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the building is not wheelchair accessible.

Programme:
The focus of the “Bildungsfreizeit” is on active participation and exchange among participants. There will be workshops led by participants for participants and by external speakers. There will also be time for socialising 😊 .
