Abreise am Sonntag, 19.04.2026 um 12 Uhr
Teilnahmebeitrag für Unterkunft, Verpflegung & Programm:
Für Mitglieder: frei wählbarer Betrag zwischen 5-150€ (der reale pro Kopf Preis liegt bei 125€).
Für Nicht-Mitglieder: 125€, ermäßigter Betrag: 50€.
(Dieser ermäßigte Beitrag für Nicht-Mitglieder gilt für Menschen, die zum ersten Mal an einem Coexister-Wochenende teilnehmen möchten und wenig Einkommen haben, z.B. Minderjährige, Azubis, Studierende, Sozialhilfeempfänger*innen, etc.)
Informationen zur Fahrtkostenerstattung:
Wir haben leider nur ein begrenztes Budget für die Fahrtkostenerstattung Vereinsmitglieder zur Verfügung. Wende dich daher bitte im Falle einer Anfrage bis zum 22. März an info@coexister.de oder an vereinswochenende@coexister.de. Beachtet auch unsere Fahrtkostenrichtlinie.
Informationen zur Kindermitnahme:
Falls Interesse besteht, Kinder mitzunehmen, klären wir das gern individuell ab. Bitte eine Mail an info@coexister.de oder vereinswochenende@coexister.de schreiben.
Informationen zu den Räumlichkeiten und Sanitärräumen:
Wir werden in Mehrbettzimmern schlafen und versuchen dabei, so gut wie möglich auf Bedürfnisse/Wünsche einzugehen. Es gibt zwei binär-getrennte Sanitärräume.
Informationen zum Programm:
Der Mittelpunkt des Wochenendes ist die Mitgliederversammlung. Drumherum werden wir den fünfjährigen Geburtstag des Vereins feiern! Neben lauter Feierlichkeit wird es aber auch Momente der Begegnung und Stille geben. Mehr Informationen gibt es in den kommenden Monaten. Sei gespannt 😊

For non-members: 125€, reduced amount: 50€.
(This reduced fee for non-members applies to people who would like to participate in a Coexister weekend for the first time and have a low income, e.g. minors, trainees, students, social welfare recipients, etc.)

Information about the premises and sanitary facilities:
We will be sleeping in shared rooms and will try to accommodate your needs/wishes as best we can. There are two separate sanitary facilities.
Information about the programme:
The focus of the weekend is the general meeting (Mitgliederversammlung). Around this, we will celebrate the association’s fifth anniversary! In addition to all the festivities, there will also be moments of encounter and silence. More information will be available in the coming months. Stay tuned 😊
